Job summary

Turo in San Francisco seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the discovery and booking experience—from homepage to booking confirmation. You will lead personalization efforts, drive funnel improvements through rigorous experiments, and shape AI-driven shopping strategies.

This role collaborates with analytics, user research, and marketing to create cohesive guest journeys. The position is hybrid with in-office days, and compensation includes equity and benefits aligned to market

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience focusing on consumer-facing products at an e-commerce platform or marketplace.
• Demonstrable A/B testing expertise with rigorous experiment design and interpretation.
• Fluency with booking funnel metrics and the levers that move them.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven collaboration with analytics teams.
• A point of view on how AI will reshape shopping and discovery with prudent, value-driving application.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace is a meaningful plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for guests' discovery, shopping, and booking from homepage to confirmation.
• Lead personalization strategy across the homepage and booking experience.
• Build experiences to help guests find the right vehicle and pickup location for diverse travel needs.
• Drive sustained booking funnel improvements through disciplined A/B testing and funnel analysis.
• Develop Turo's AI strategy for shopping and discovery, from recommendations to personalized flows.
• Collaborate with User Research, Analytics, and Marketing to translate insights into prioritized product decisions.
