Turo Inc in San Francisco is seeking a Group Product Manager for Core Experience to lead product strategy across trip and support surfaces, drive guest lifecycle improvements, and shape the end-to-end journey from post-booking confidence to trip management.

You will directly manage two product managers, partner with CX, Analytics, design, and operations, and build rigorous experimentation with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including managing other PMs
• Experience owning core guest experience that affects satisfaction or retention
• Experience with AI or automation-driven products and measuring impact

Responsibilities

• Set and own product strategy for the end-to-end trip lifecycle
• Design self-serve tools and AI-powered support for customer issues
• Directly manage and develop two product managers
• Drive rigorous experimentation and fast iteration across trip and support surfaces
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Engineering, Design, and User Research to translate needs into a roadmap
• Represent the product area in leadership forums
