Job summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager to mentor PMs and own the Product Management for Advanced Ads, powering over 150,000 websites worldwide. This world‑class operator role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on pragmatism in a fast‑growing, remote environment.

You will drive the product operating model, evangelize Kaizen, and collaborate with Engineering, Design and Growth to align roadmaps with measurable ROI, LTV, and MRR while shaping a long‑term vision for Advanced Ads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with at least 3+ years leading or mentoring other PMs.
• Experience in Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
• Deep experience with an empowerment-based Product Operating Model and coaching others.
