Job summary

DealerOn, Inc. seeks a Group Product Manager to own a connected group of products and directly manage Product Managers.

You will contribute to strategy and roadmaps, build a high-performing team, and stay hands-on where it matters with a focus on AI-driven initiatives. You will balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities, guiding a team that delivers measurable value while maintaining platform scalability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of SaaS product management experience, including leading complex initiatives in Agile environments.
• Experience mentoring or managing product managers with evidence of growth.
• Track record of owning strategy and outcomes for a group of related products.
• Technical product management experience with understanding of how websites are built and rendered.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Schema.org/JSON-LD and impact on SEO and accessibility.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build prototypes and automate workflows.
• Experience defining AI-powered product features and evaluating output quality, reliability, and cost.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience using GA4 and Pendo for data-informed decisions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Miro.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for a connected group of products and initiatives, aligned with portfolio strategy and company goals.
• Own investment trade-offs within the product group with explicit risks and impact on revenue and profitability.
• Use market trends, customer research, and product data to set priorities across the product group.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability across the products you own.
• Define and monitor success metrics for the product group including adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue contribution.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop PMs and APMs, setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Partner with VP of Product Management on hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the team.
• Run regular one-on-ones, skill gap assessments, and growth plans for the team.
• Raise AI fluency across the team by shaping AI-assisted workflows and evaluation.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, CS, Support, and Operations on launch readiness and post-release analysis.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Engineering and UX to ensure reliable delivery and security.
