MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager to mentor PMs and own Advanced Ads strategy. You will shape the product operating model and drive growth for a leading ad-management platform powering websites worldwide.

You will lead, coach, and collaborate across Engineering, Design, and Growth teams, balancing roadmap outcomes with measurable business impact while operating in a fully remote, flexible global environment.

Competenze

8+ years of Product Management experience with at least 3+ years mentoring other PMs.
Ad tech, SaaS, or WordPress ecosystem experience is a plus.
Deep practical experience with a modern, empowerment-based Product Operating Model.

Lead Leadership & Product Operating Model Excellence: mentorship, outcome over output, framework standardizing, Kaizen.
Own the Product Ownership for Advanced Ads: define strategy, growth, and execution of Advanced Ads within MonetizeMore.
Drive Continuous Discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
Manage Revenue & Growth: own monetization strategy and GTM with focus on LTV and MRR.
Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment with Engineering, Design, and Growth for adoption and commercialization.
Determine long-term needs including resources, investment, and organizational design for the product.
