Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Product Foundations domains (Core Product, Communications, and Reporting/Analytics).
• Align strategy and execution by turning company objectives into actionable team goals and OKRs.
• Partner with Technology, Marketing and Revenue leadership to deliver a best-in-class user experience inside and outside the product.
• Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to execution guided by the customer’s voice.
• Build and coach the team in customer-centric practices and PDLC processes.
