Nelnet is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead NextGen solutions, guiding discovery, writing requirements, and coordinating with engineering and design partners to ship with impact for campus administrators, employers, and students.

You will own the portfolio strategy, align across functions, and drive AI-driven improvements while mentoring a small PM team in a fast-paced education technology environment.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of shipping products yourself
• 1+ years mentoring or directly managing other Product Managers
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams to launch complex SaaS or platform products
• Track record of personally shipping AI-enabled or data-driven software products
• Proven ability to align and influence stakeholders across engineering, design, and commercial functions

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the NextGen portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of Product Managers
• Partner with sales, marketing, implementation, and client support to plan and execute launches
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture and delivery cadence
• Define success metrics across the portfolio and hold the team accountable to outcomes
