Job summary

Circle K seeks a Group Product Manager to lead the Forecourt Experience across Circle K locations worldwide. You will shape the multi-year vision for the customer arrival experience and lead a team of product managers to deliver high-impact, hardware-enabled digital experiences on-site.

You will partner with engineering, hardware vendors, UX, data & analytics, and store operations to ensure a reliable, engaging forecourt journey while balancing commercial growth and operational safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including mentoring PMs.
• Proven ability to lead in ambiguity and high-transaction environments.
• Experience with hardware-integrated digital products (kiosks, POS, IoT, forecourt systems).
• Ability to align multiple technology and business partners without direct authority.
• Capable of setting direction and coaching a team through discovery and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management across regions and senior leaders.
• Able to balance commercial growth with operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Forecourt Experience team and define operating priorities.
• Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the on-site arrival experience.
• Own strategy to grow on-site engagement while protecting core operations.
• Promote consistent product processes and cross-functional prioritization.
• Plan hardware and technology modernization with regional leadership.
• Partner with fuel business leadership and store operations to deliver reliable experiences.
