Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Fuel Team leader to provide internal and external guidance for product, market, and supply levels. You will act as a liaison for branded and unbranded supply relationships and contracts, and develop fuel plans, pricing strategies, and program tests.

You will lead contract reviews with Global teams, oversee fuel performance with facilities and vendors, manage budgets, capitalize improvements, and support on-call coverage to ensure store uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting or related field.
• Two years petroleum industry experience with management responsibility.
• Strong managerial and leadership competencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Occasional travel requiring overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead fuel strategy, pricing, and contract reviews with BU and suppliers.
• Develop and manage fuel plans, margins, and performance across sites.
• Negotiate fuel contracts and coordinate pricing with pricing analyst.
• Oversee budgets, capital improvements, and store uptime targets.
• Provide liaison with operations, facilities, and external vendors.
• Support weekend/holiday on-call coverage.
