Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a Group Product Manager in New York to lead a PM group driving product-line outcomes in the fintech/payments space.

You will mentor 1–2 PMs, shape hiring, set delivery standards, translate strategy to squad goals, and partner with engineering and design to align resources and execution at scale. You will report to Product Leadership, influence VP-level stakeholders, and champion data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years leading a PM group.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Deep knowledge in the card space, fintech, or payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1–2 PMs across multiple squads.
• Own hiring and onboarding for the PM group including defining roles.
• Set product delivery and quality standards across the group.
• Translate product-line strategy into squad-level goals and ensure alignment across all PM teams.
• Partner with engineering directors and design managers to align resourcing and delivery.
• Identify talent gaps and build development plans for PMs at multiple career stages.
• Drive a culture of data-driven decision making, user empathy, and continuous improvement.
• Report product group health, risks, and progress to Product Leadership.
