Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product ownership for a squad, spanning discovery, roadmapping, delivery, and post-launch iteration. You will define strategy for DailyPay's marketing technology stack to scale personalized, data-driven experiences across channels.

You will work with Growth Marketing, Engineering, and Data to surface what drives engagement, run structured discovery, and tie user insights to the roadmap while mentoring junior PMs and influencing

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management experience.
• Analytical excellence with hands-on experience in A/B testing and KPI tracking.
• Autonomous work style in ambiguous environments with high velocity.
• Proven delivery of impactful features and measuring outcomes.
• Strong strategic communication for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with building/managing a Martech stack or partnering with data science/ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product ownership for your squad from discovery to delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap aligned with business outcomes.
• Define long-term product vision in collaboration with design and engineering leads.
• Execute rigorous discovery using JTBD, framing problems, and testing assumptions.
• Analyze experiments and data to drive product decisions.
