Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a Senior Product Manager in New York to own end-to-end squad outcomes, from discovery to post-launch iteration. You will drive the strategy for DailyPay's marketing technology stack, partnering with Growth Marketing, Engineering, and Data to surface what drives engagement.

You'll define a long-term product vision, lead structured discovery, and translate insights into measurable roadmaps and features.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of product management experience with squad-level ownership.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing and KPI tracking.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
• Experience partnering with data science or ML teams is a plus.
• Proven delivery and measurement of outcomes against goals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for your squad including discovery, KPIs, GTM strategy, and post-launch iteration.
• Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap aligned with business outcomes.
• Define long-term product vision for your feature area with design and engineering leads.
• Lead structured discovery using JTBD, problem framing, and assumption testing.
• Analyze A/B test results and experimentation data to drive decisions.
• Represent your squad in planning forums and communicate priorities clearly.
• Mentor and pair with newer PMs to grow the team.
• Surface user insights and market signals to influence strategy.
