Qualifications

• BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and market strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams through NPD, roadmap delivery, and value engineering.
• Partner with international teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize the portfolio.
