Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a Product Manager to own and execute product strategy for a key area. You will work with Design, Engineering, and Research to translate customer insights into actionable roadmaps and features.

Responsibilities include writing requirements, defining metrics, and partnering with GTM teams to drive adoption. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineer, Data Analyst, or User Researcher.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience building and shipping digital products.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Experience contributing to product vision, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with testing, product metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience communicating product ideas, plans, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems with multiple constraints and competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to engage with Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design, Engineering, Research, and stakeholders to define priorities, execute product strategy, and measure outcomes.
• Own product strategy and execution for a product area, workflow, or set of related capabilities.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide Engineering and Design.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to make sound prioritization decisions.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through launch, iteration, and measurement.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics; use analytics and experimentation to validate decisions.
• Partner with Go-To-Market teams to support product launches and adoption.
