Job summary

Justworks in New York City seeks a Group Product Manager to lead the Advisors squads within the Lifecycle domain, owning the product vision and roadmap for customers using payroll, HR, benefits and compliance services.

You will coach cross-functional teams, align objectives and OKRs, and partner with Partnerships, Operations and Marketing to build an exceptional advisor experience that drives conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of product development leadership and 7 years as a product manager in a modern technology business.
• Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Experience building and shipping products in a high-growth, regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Advisor teams within Lifecycle.
• Align strategy and execution by turning company objectives into actionable goals and OKRs.
• Partner with Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing to create best-in-class advisor experiences.
• Ensure on-time delivery of features within scope and with high quality.
• Lead customer-focused development from ideation to execution, guided by customer needs.
