Job summary

You’ll balance customer-facing and internal concerns, guiding initiatives from discovery to delivery while maintaining high standards. The team collaborates in a regulated fintech/HR tech space, focusing on a great user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems.
• Willingness to learn fundamentals of the business model through conversations with coworkers, customers and prospects.
• Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.
• Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills, using clear frameworks and storytelling.
• Strong technical acumen is a plus.
• Prior experience in a highly regulated domain (e.g. fintech or healthcare) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership for the products you build and scale with Justworks.
• Shape strategy and roadmap for Benefits initiatives and drive business impact.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize issues and develop technical knowledge.
• Own the PDLC from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Build cross-team relationships with curiosity, empathy and customer focus.
• Support team processes and ceremonies to improve output.
• Take on opportunities beyond core responsibilities to drive impact.
