Job summary

Florence Healthcare in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) with end-to-end ownership of a major portfolio. You will define vision, strategy, and delivery, mentor PMs, and drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Engineering, QA, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with leadership.
• Portfolio ownership or substantial product area accountability.
• Experience developing PMs and guiding execution with stakeholders.
• Experience leading product strategy, releases, and agile development at scale with AI tools.
• Defining internal product practices, systems, and tooling for consistency.
• Familiarity with OKRs and structured planning cycles.
• Strong product analytics practices and decision frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation at all levels.
• Experience with engineering, QA, and cross-functional GTM teams.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences and regulated software (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11)

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end strategy and outcomes for a portfolio of products.
• Leads and mentors product managers; drive decision-making and accountability.
• Partners with Design, Engineering, QA, and other teams for delivery.
• Establishes planning, development, and release rhythms to improve speed and quality.
• Coordinates release processes and readiness with stakeholders.
• Removes delivery bottlenecks and strengthens feedback loops.
• Collaborates with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance on portfolio matters.
• Defines KPIs and tracks product health and adoption across the portfolio.
