Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the United States to lead a platform within the clinical research space and own the product vision and roadmap. You will drive AI-enabled strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and work with engineering, data, and customer teams to deliver measurable client value.

The role requires 5+ years in product management or related fields, strong understanding of clinical processes, and experience in regulated software environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or software engineering with healthcare or clinical research experience.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into product strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices and regulatory environments (21 CFR Part 11 is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for platforms or product lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and commercialization to deliver AI-enhanced products.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to capture needs and validate market opportunities.
• Coach junior PMs and contribute to SOWs, RFIs, and marketing collateral.
