Job summary

Cerbo, part of OptiMantra, seeks a Group Product Manager to own the Cerbo platform roadmap, lead a PM squad, and report to the CPO. You will drive strategy, coordinate with engineering, design, and sales, and push for AI-enabled workflows that improve clinical efficiency.

You will stay hands-on with Discovery, specs, and shipping, ensuring clear UX across features and releases while aligning with business outcomes and patient care goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least two years leading a team of PMs.
• EHR/EMR or healthcare software experience strongly encouraged.
• Proven people leader with coaching and high standards.
• Exceptional communicator with clear, persuasive writing and storytelling.
• Strategic thinker who moves fast and ties decisions to outcomes.
• Highly collaborative across engineering, design, sales, and support.
• Strong UX/UI sensibility for clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OptiMantra product squad: mentor, coach, and develop three PMs, holding them accountable to outcomes.
• Be the voice of OptiMantra—represent the product line to leadership, engineering, sales, support, and customers with clarity and consistency.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap, working backward from outcomes (retention, activation, revenue, clinical efficiency).
• Stay hands-on: you still own product surface directly through discovery, specs, and shipping.
• Set the UX bar—maintain clarity, guided experience, and simplicity across features and releases.
• Talk to users weekly: clinicians, practice managers, and front-desk staff to gather signal.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and support; coordinate with Cerbo Group PM for shared features.
• Drive AI adoption across OptiMantra—AI Scribe is live; plan intelligent workflows and predictive tooling.
• Partner with the CPO on strategy, org design, and long-term vision.
