Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least two years leading a team of PMs.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and how healthcare buying decisions work.
• Proven track record of hiring and coaching PMs.
• Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OptiMantra product squad and mentor three PMs.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on outcomes.
