Job summary

Sealed Air is hiring a Team Performance Lead / Production Supervisor to oversee daily production, lead shift operations, and coach teams toward safety, quality, and productivity goals.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Production Control, Shipping, Warehouse, and Maintenance to maintain world-class manufacturing standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years in manufacturing/production/plant operations.
• Experience as Team Lead or Production Supervisor preferred.
• Experience coordinating production teams in fast-paced settings.
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP, Excel, Word, and standard manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations during rotating shifts.
• Coordinate production priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor schedules to ensure on-time customer order completion.
• Balance lines to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Provide hands-on support to prevent line stoppages.
• Ensure support functions do not negatively impact production.
• Lead, coach, and mentor production employees to goals.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
