Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Team Performance Lead / Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on rotating shifts. You will lead shift activities, coach teams, and drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across departments.

The role requires coordinating with Production Management, Control, Shipping, Warehouse, and Maintenance to meet schedules and uphold world-class standards. Experience with SAP ERP and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5+ years in manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced plant setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations on rotating shifts.
• Coordinate production priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor schedules; ensure orders are completed on time.
• Balance lines to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Provide hands-on support to prevent interruptions.
• Ensure support functions do not impact production performance.
• Champion safety-first culture and GMP compliance.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare staffing schedules and track attendance.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
