Job summary

Crowley Car Company, a Southern California automotive dealership group representing Ford, Lexus, Cadillac, GMC and Kia, seeks a Group Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy and performance across four dealerships.

The role requires strategic leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate marketing investment into leads, customers, sales and profitability; report to VP of Operations and collaborate with four General Managers.

Qualifications

• Significant marketing leadership experience in automotive retail
• Strong understanding of dealership digital marketing and CRM
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and ROI
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant experience may substitute
