We're looking for a Group Manager | Site Design to join our team in State College, PA. As a 100% employee-owned company, you'll have the opportunity to share in our success through our ESOP while building a rewarding career and helping shape the future of our Site Design practice.
In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers and designers while overseeing land development projects from planning through completion. You'll play a key role in delivering quality work, mentoring team members, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Project management experience and prior team leadership or supervisory experience is also required. Strong knowledge of municipal review and approval processes, ordinance application, and AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential. Experience with project budgeting, proposal development, client management, public presentations, Microsoft Office, and project management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred.
We ask that you are flexible to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays. You will need a valid US Driver’s License and have Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
