The role emphasizes QA/QC, regulatory compliance, and mentoring engineers. A PE license and 12+ years of experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Civil/Site engineering team, providing technical direction and long-range planning to strengthen the discipline and deliver high-quality site development projects.
• Guide project delivery across grading, stormwater, hydrology, land development, and site engineering with a focus on technical excellence, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development by building client relationships and contributing to marketing strategy and securing new project opportunities.
• Manage project operations including budgets, schedules, staffing, productivity, and profitability while coordinating multidisciplinary work across the organization.
• Mentor, evaluate, and advance Civil/Site engineers.
