Job summary

Grand View Lodge, part of Cote Hospitality, is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator in Nisswa, MN. You will own the full golf group lodging lifecycle from contract to checkout, coordinating with sales, event planners, and clients to optimize room placement and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hospitality and experience with group lodging in multi-outlet settings, strong attention to detail, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hospitality experience, with a background in hospitality sales required.
• Experience in a managed property or resort environment preferred; understanding group lodging in a multi-outlet setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; manage complex group blocks smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage all group lodging assignments to maximize room type placement, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
• Own the golf group housing process end-to-end: contracts, housing assignments, primary contact from booking to departure.
• Enter and maintain individual group reservations in the property management system; track data as needed.
