Job summary

Grand View Lodge is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to bridge guest experience and revenue strategy. You will lead group lodging assignments, draft contracts, and serve as the primary contact for golf group clients from initial booking through departure.

In this role you will work closely with our sales team and event planners to balance guest needs with inventory, make strategic room-placement decisions, and maintain accurate reservations in the property management system.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hospitality experience, preferably in sales.
• Experience in a managed property or resort environment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and revenue-implication decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PMS or group sales software is a plus.
• Self-starter mindset; able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Calm and professional under pressure when handling intricate group blocks.

• Own the golf group housing process end-to-end: draft contracts, coordinate housing, and be the primary contact from booking to departure.

• Generate lodging links for group registration and produce detailed rooming lists for clients.
• Build trusted relationships with group clients; be the go-to contact for lodging questions.

What you bring

• 2–3 years of hospitality experience, with a background in hospitality sales required.
• Experience in a managed property or resort environment is highly preferred, you understand how group lodging works in a multi-outlet setting.
