You’ll partner with our sales team and event planners to align group needs with inventory, build trusted client relationships, and make discretionary room placements that impact revenue while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in hospitality, preferably in sales.
• Experience in a managed property or resort is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and decisive decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management or group sales software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Match guest housing needs with inventory to maximize revenue and placement.
• Draft and manage group lodging contracts; coordinate housing assignments.
• Maintain group reservations in the property management system.
• Generate group registration links and detailed rooming lists.
• Serve as the primary contact for groups from booking through departure.
• Collaborate with sales and event planners to align needs with inventory.
• Analyze inventory and identify opportunities to improve group placement.
