Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. in Michiana seeks a Group Living QIDP/Program Manager to lead and coordinate services for individuals in LOGAN’s Group Living program. You will supervise GL Leads, train staff, and ensure ongoing, aggressive active treatment as per each client’s plan.

The role requires a Bachelor's in human services, 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with computer systems. This on-site position offers a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services (or related field) required.
• Three years of experience with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and training of GL Leads and staff.
• Ensure active treatment plans and quality services for individuals.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and documentation for the GL program.
• Represent LOGAN in meetings and licensing/ accreditation processes.
