Job summary

My Life My Home is seeking a QIDP to join our Illinois team. You will work with residents with intellectual/developmental disabilities across CILAs in St. Clair and Clinton Counties, providing supports and ensuring the highest quality of individual care.

You will train and supervise Direct Support Professionals, maintain compliance with standards, and manage a caseload of 8-10 residents. A Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, special education, psychology, or RN license is required;

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with a developmental disability.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Psychology, or other closely related human services field or be a licensed Registered Nurse.
• Prefer at least 1 year management experience and 1 year experience as a certified DSP.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license with less than 3 driving offenses.
• A criminal background check and physical is required to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and ensure supports and services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities residing in the community.
• Train, coach, and supervise Direct Support Professionals to maintain high-quality supports.
• Ensure compliance with current standards of practice, company policies, safety, and regulations.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8-10 residents and participate in on-call duties.
