Job summary

KCARC is seeking a QIDP Program Coordinator to supervise Direct Support Professional staff in our group homes. You will oversee daily operations, ensure services align with Individual Support Plans, and promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field is required.
• Minimum of one year of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning, state regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto liability coverage.
• Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; leadership in care settings.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff within KCARC’s group homes.
• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential programs.
• Ensure services align with Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals served.
