You will supervise daily activities, ensure quality and safety standards, participate in Kaizen initiatives, and help document procedures to support continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of management experience required.

Aufgaben

• Supervises Team Members in handling waste and recyclables safely.
• Contributes to EMS performance, regulatory compliance and pollution reduction.
• Ensures monthly safety KPIs and reports are completed.
• Leads team meetings and trainings; participates in Kaizen activities.
• Assists in creating operational procedures and instructions.
