This role trains staff, ensures adherence to specifications and safety standards, maintains production records, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to deliver high‑quality boats on time. Ideal candidates have two years of management experience and value teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• High School graduate, some college or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures product is built following product and process specifications
• Assigns work to the team to ensure completion of daily production requirements
• Train or assign a trainer for new employee training in proper boat building methods
• Maintains required production records
• Promotes a safe clean work environment
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
