Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Line Lead to oversee production line manufacturing processes and people, ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and productivity in a regulated cGMP environment. You will train line staff, manage daily staffing and scheduling, verify inventory usage, and drive continuous improvement with the Production Supervisor to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.

You will also help maintain line equipment and documentation, enforce 5S, and coordinate with Technicians

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the production line is set up and operates safely.
• Train line staff and monitor performance to maximize throughput.
• Coordinate staffing and schedule to meet customer demand.
• Maintain quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify process improvements with the supervisor.
• Manage inventory usage and support on-time delivery.
• Lead by example in Lean and 5S practices.
