Job summary

NDX Human Capital Solutions is seeking Group Leaders for our Lockport, NY manufacturing facility. This onsite, full-time role leads teams in Production, Quality, or Global Supply Chain to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of managerial experience, proven leadership, and strong interpersonal skills. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance in a fast-paced environment, with rotating shifts and weekend work;

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading people, solving complex problems, and making decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Military background is a plus.

Job Summary – Group Leader (Manufacturing)

Manufacturing facility is seeking Group Leaders for current and future openings at its Lockport, NY facility. This onsite, full-time role involves leading teams in Production, Quality, or Global Supply Chain to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations and adjust plans as needed
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance (SPQRCE focus)
• Lead teams, manage performance, resolve conflict, and drive accountability
• Oversee production, quality inspections, problem-solving, and built‑in‑quality initiatives
• Manage change and ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Loud, non–climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Standing/walking for long periods; lifting up to 40 lbs periodically
• Bending, kneeling, climbing, operating equipment, and using PPE required
• Rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) with frequent weekend work (up to 7 days as needed)

Required Qualifications
