The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and continuous improvement mindset within a unionized environment. The incumbent will coordinate with production and quality teams to sustain high-performance manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

• Experience with quality standards, production schedules, and safety programs.
• Ability to operate effectively in a unionized environment and administer labor agreements.
