Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Able to read tape measures, perform calculations, and read specifications/schematics.
• Strong verbal communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.

• Trains new team members and enforces safety practices.
• Applies lean manufacturing and tracks documentation via IT tools.
