Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Read tape measure, perform calculations and write legibly.
• Reads and interprets specifications and assembly schematics.
• Able to coach and influence others; strong verbal communication.

• Instruct and train new team members.
• Monitor parts and materials; expedite as needed.
