Job summary

Lennox AES, a division of Lennox, is seeking a Production Supervisor in Wheeling, WV, to direct manufacturing operations and lead hourly teams toward achieving volume, quality, and cost targets. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and safety discipline to drive efficient production on a shift basis.

You will maintain shift logs, prepare daily reports, and ensure adherence to specifications. This salaried exempt position includes a bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits;

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of production operations, scheduling, workflow coordination, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop production teams while managing performance and accountability.
• Experience preparing and maintaining production reports, operational records, timesheets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations for assigned shift or production lines.
• Ensure production targets for volume, quality, and cost are consistently met.
• Supervise and lead hourly employees, including personnel actions and daily direction.
• Maintain detailed logs of shift operations.
• Prepare daily timesheets, production summaries, overtime, and downtime reports.
• Inspect products to verify adherence to production specifications.
