Job summary

Lennox International in Orangeburg, SC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 10PM–7AM shift. This salaried exempt role is onsite, reporting to the Assembly Manager to maximize productivity while controlling costs and ensuring quality.

You will lead the shift, prepare reports, and optimize daily production. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of frontline leadership in manufacturing, a strong work record, and Lean manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Front line leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations for the shift to maximize productivity.
• Prepare time sheets, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports.
• Inspect product quality against specifications and adjust schedules as needed.
• Review schedules, materials and manpower resources to meet output goals.
• Coach and train new workers on procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain production documentation reflecting schedules and performance.
