Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Portage, MI is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate workflow and monitor daily operations within the team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in chemistry/biology/biochemistry and at least 4 years of lab experience, with authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science with 4+ years lab experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT.
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews and keep training records up to date for assigned employees, evaluate succession plans.
• Perform work for both routine and non-routine work as specified by separate and applicable technical job description for individual.
• Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot and solve both instrumental and method issues.
• Lead and write investigations independently, establish root cause and robust CAPA.
• Support and drive LEAN initiatives and operational improvements.
• Perform all functions in support of and in compliance with all state and federal employment regulations.
