Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Portage, MI is seeking a qualified laboratory professional to coordinate workflow, monitor daily operations, and ensure timely turnaround. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or a related field with at least four years of lab experience, plus authorization to work in the United States.

• At least four years of laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and monitor daily to meet turnaround times (TAT).
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews, interviews, and training records.
• Perform routine and non-routine lab work per applicable job descriptions.
• Coach, train, and develop others in operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot and solve instrumental and method issues.
• Lead investigations, establish root cause and CAPA.
• Support LEAN initiatives and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment regulations.
