Job summary

Pathfinder is seeking a Group Home Manager in Wabash, Indiana, to oversee group homes for individuals with disabilities. The role focuses on safety, autonomy, and ensuring people can make their own choices, while supporting staff who work in the homes.

Responsibilities include following each person’s support plan, teaching new skills, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and starting pay of $20.09/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer 2 years of experience in Human Services.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each person’s support plan is followed daily.
• Help people learn new skills and be part of their community.
• Ensure safety, health, and respectful treatment of people we support.
• Assist with appointments, medications, and engaging activities.
• Train staff on best practices and help maintain adequate home staffing.
• Keep accurate day-to-day records and documentation.
• Coordinate with nurses, case managers, and families to keep everyone updated.
