This role focuses on promoting independence, health and safety, and daily living skills while supervising second shift operations. You will mentor staff, coordinate ISP and Person-Centered Plans, plan weekend activities, and ensure accurate documentation and home maintenance, with a strong

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to teach and reinforce daily living skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage residential operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, supportive home for residents.
• Provide instruction in daily living skills, including social skills and self-care.
• Plan and implement weekend programming.
• Support development and implementation of ISP and Person-Centered Plans.
• Document resident progress and maintain records.
• Assist with household management tasks and ensure completion of duties per maintenance checklists.
• Support and assist with staff scheduling and home coverage needs.
• Mentor and train new Life Skills Instructors during onboarding.
• Lead and support second shift operations within the home.
• Cover open shifts as needed.
• Promote independence, personal choice, and community involvement for residents.
