Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Group Home Supervisor to supervise Direct Support staff and coordinate operations across 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. You will work with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and ensure smooth, compassionate service delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1 year of developmental disability experience, and flexibility for on-call coverage. CPR/First Aid certified candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Manages operations of 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services.
• Leads and directs Direct Support Associates and oversees location operations.
• Maintain communication with clinical staff and ensure execution of person-centered plans.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the care rotation.
