Child Serve is seeking a Group Home Supervisor to lead a 24/7 group home, ensuring safe, high-quality care and smooth day-to-day operations. You will hire, train, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with families and professionals on individualized care plans.

The role offers growth toward a Group Homes Lead Supervisor position, with a $3,000 hiring bonus to welcome you to the team. Schedule is standard hours with on-call rotation as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and QIDP eligibility
• Strong English communication skills
• Valid driver's status with ChildServe
• Preferred CMA, Medication Manager, or CNA certifications

Mansioni

• Oversee staffing and operations of a 24/7 group home, including hiring, training, coaching, supervision, and budget management
• Serve as primary contact for families and residents, lead care planning meetings, and monitor quality through reviews and documentation
• Coordinate regulatory compliance and partnerships, develop individualized care programs, and support staff training and reporting
