Job summary

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate/associate/diploma in human services or equivalent.
• Direct care experience with persons with disabilities or seniors 65+.
• Clear background and driver's license where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for a single program location, with possible support to others.
• Train, supervise, and support Direct Support Professionals at the site.
• Coordinate, lead, and evaluate services for individuals supported by the program.
• Ensure licensing compliance (245D) for the assigned location; participate in site needs.

Education

Baccalaureate degree related to human services

Associate degree related to human services

Diploma in human services field

50 hours of human services education & 4 years direct care experience

Supervisory experience preferred
