Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Completion of Hiawatha Homes Medication Administration class.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the daily activities of individuals supported and collaborates with the Program Coordinator to address concerns.
• Consults with nursing staff regarding medical recommendations (PT/OT/SLT, etc.).
• Maintains and posts weekend staffing schedule and reviews time-off requests.
• Ensures vouchers and receipts for expenses are processed correctly.
