Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Group Home Supervisor in the United States. This Regular position oversees Direct Support employees, manages operations, staffing and budgets for assigned facilities, and ensures residents have a clean, well-maintained home.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities, CPR/First Aid (plus NCI/MedTech), and an ability to coach staff across shifts. On-call coverage is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• CPR, First Aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
• Must be qualified as a Habilitation Technician II (med certified) or eligible to be designated at first available training after accepting the position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepares employee schedules ensuring adequate staffing coverage at all times.
• Performs personal care duties (e.g., personal hygiene tasks, meal prep, goal implementation).
• Monitors staff interactions with people supported; maintains harmony and serves as a positive role model.
• Resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures training requirements are met and required events attended.
• Monitors budget items within guidelines.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of direct care rotation.
• Ensures people supported have a clean and maintained home and yard.
