Job summary

MN Care Services in Saint Paul seeks a Designated Coordinator to organize and deliver respectful, individualized support to people with diverse health and behavioral needs in home-based settings. You will work with staff to promote safety, skill development, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring documentation and MAR reviews, data collection, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services, or healthcare or related field.
• Experience in behavioral, residential, or mental health settings is preferred.
• Must meet one of the listed education/experience pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and support for worksite staff.
• Conduct monthly team meetings to ensure consistent communication and process follow-through by staff.
• Review staff timesheets and approve time-off requests.
• Ensure medication is ordered and MAR reviews are completed with Nursing staff.
